Sugar Mill Annual Meeting Postponed
Our world is facing some difficult challenges at this time. Here in Sugar Mill we are all doing our best to maintain the safety and health of our families and neighbors. By practicing social distancing, not making unnecessary trips to stores and businesses, and just using common sense, we can each help in the fight against this virus. You may not have heard but our annual meeting was cancelled. At this time we have not established a new date for the meeting, but we will update you as soon as we can realistically make that determination. We have also postponed the issuance of pool tags for the new year, and again, when it makes sense to do this, we will let you know. Our world has been disrupted. Although it's a challenge, we remain strong in faith. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need help.
Sugar Mill Extended Pool Dates
So, is it hot enough for you? As we wrap up the 2019 pool season, we have extended the opportunity to grab some cool in the pool. Just so you know, the 7th Street pool will be open through 9/14 and 9/15. The Lake Center pool will now be open weekends through 9/29/2019. Saturday hours are 10 AM-9 PM. Sunday hours are 12 Noon-8 PM. Once again, the 7th Street pool will be closing after the 15th and the Lake Center pool will be closing after the 29th. Thanks to our friends at Trident for helping us hold onto summer a little bit longer. And thank you for making this an incredible Sugar Mill pool season.

Pool Tag Validations this Saturday and Sunday Lake Center Pool
A quick reminder, we will be at the Lake Center Pool this coming weekend (if our weather permits). I am sending my original note and the upcoming dates for your reference. Time to get back in the water. Find the most convenient time to get your pool tags updated. Here is the info you need. And before we get to the dates and times, a reminder, if you are a new resident, you must bring a current utility bill with proof of residency, and a photo ID. We will also need a thumb print sized photo (1”x1”) to create your pool tag. If you already have your pool tags, just bring them so we can update for the 2019 season. To receive a new tag or to update an existing tag you must be current on the Sugar Mill resident rolls. Please touch base with our property management company prior to coming to one of our validation days. Their toll-free number is 866-473-2573. You can also visit our neighborhood resident portal at www.ciranet.com to view your resident information. Our Sugar Mill pools officially open May 25th. Prior to that date here are some dates you can drop by to get your tags validated for the new season. Saturday May 18th at the Lake Center Pool from 9-11 am.
